We advise you to wear whatever you feel comfortable in, along with sturdy footwear such as trainers or outdoor boots.
Skirts, sandals and Crocs are not permitted. Always dress for the weather and please ensure that you have waterproof clothing if rain is forecast.
Please also bear in mind that you will be asked to wear a harness.
At the moment we are only accepting online bookings.
This allows us to control numbers so that sessions are not oversubscribed and our guests don't feel rushed while enjoying the activities.
No. All packages for our Nets or Ropes Adventures are bookable online in advance.
Once on site, you will have 1 hour and 45 minutes to participate in the activities.
Spectators can watch and support participants from the ground, but they must not walk underneath the elements or stand in the activity zones.
We charge a £2.50 spectator fee to help with our costs. This includes a hot drink on arrival.
Parking facilities are available at Baggeridge Country Park. The car park is managed by South Staffordshire Council.
Parking is £3 per vehicle for the day. Challenge Academy cannot be held responsible for parking charges or fines incurred while using the facilities.
We offer all-weather activities! The course remains open in most weather, except during high winds or thunder and lightning.
If we need to cancel your booking because of the weather, a member of staff will contact you on the morning of your booking to postpone your visit.
If you would rather not complete the course in the rain, we recommend checking the forecast and postponing your visit. We need a minimum of 48 hours' notice for amendments.
To change the date or decrease the number of participants, please call or email us.

If you'd like to add more adventurers, no problem — just give us as much notice as possible.
We're based at Baggeridge Country Park in Sedgley, five miles south of Wolverhampton city centre and easily accessible from the Black Country, South Staffordshire, Birmingham and Telford.
Please be aware that the car park operates on a pay-and-display basis.
Our adventure facilities are located below the Park Café, next to the lower car park.
Please allow plenty of time to park and register onsite.
Our sessions start at 12pm and 2pm with a safety briefing from the Lead Instructor. If you miss the safety brief, you may not be able to participate because our instructors will then be running the session and may be unable to repeat it.
As a rule, no. Our safety systems mean participants are always clipped on by an instructor using our continuous belay system.
We do ask that adults, older siblings or carers accompany participants who are less confident. Our instructors are always there to ensure safety and offer help and support.
Our activities are for all ages, so please don't let the youngsters put you to shame!
The minimum age for the Nets Adventure is 3 years, the Low Ropes Course is 5 years, and the High Ropes Course is 7 years.
The PowerFan and Zipwire have a maximum weight limit of 16 stone (100kg).
Our staff are first-aid qualified but are not medical practitioners, so they cannot make decisions about a participant's capability to take part due to a medical condition.
It is your responsibility to decide whether a medical condition could affect your ability to participate. You will be required to acknowledge this when making your booking.
You may also wish to contact your doctor for further advice.
Our courses are equipped with modern safety systems designed to ensure participants remain permanently clipped on and secure. All attachments are undertaken by your instructor.
Our instructors are trained to high standards and must pass rigorous assessments before working independently.
The course is checked daily to nationally recognised safety standards, and all participants on the ropes activities wear a full-body harness.
Yes. Dogs are welcome onsite, but they must be well behaved and kept on a lead at all times.
We're happy to postpone your event provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice.
Alternatively, if the injured participant would prefer a refund, we can arrange this on receipt of a medical note.
