SUPER-SIZE YOUR CHALLENGE PROGRAMME
This is the ultimate mobile challenge set up. Add 3 of our Challenge A-Frames, all of the accessories and a twin-axle branded box trailer as an option. We have worked tirelessly to ensure that the Rig can be assembled quickly and safely without the need for specialist tools. When everything is set up it is capable of accommodating many learners and adventurers to achieve a variety of positive outcomes. The kit is extremely robust, but, as with everything that we do, the key to success is about empowering leaders to take ownership and deliver high quality facilitation. We always provide familiarisation training, a comprehensive Risk Assessment, Structural Calculations and a comprehensive Operations Manual.

Your Mobile Big Rig and XL breaks down to fit into a twin-axle trailer so that it can be taken to any venue, taking adventure to the most ‘hard to reach’ doorstep. When on-site the kit can be assembled in less than 1 hour.

Where the permanent building of team challenge and adventure facilities is a challenge the Mobile Big Rig A-Frame units offer a substantial solution. When constructed this kit provides a creative, safe and adventurous environment with significant opportunities for learning.

There are a number of accessories that come with your A-Frames. Each of your A-Frames is themed (Cargo Net, Ropes Challenges, Climbing Bars) - all of the frames can be connected with balance activities and other challenges.

BALANCE CONNECTING ACTIVITIES
We have included a number of ancillaries to your kit to ensure that you are able to connect your activities together - things like balance beams, hanging vines, additional stepping stones. These extras help the facilitator create journeys and narratives to further develop team core values.

CORROSION PROOF
All steel work has been ‘E-coated’ and then plastic coated to ensure that all components are as endurable as possible.
STAINLESS STEEL HOOKS AND SHACKLES
Designed for sailing equipment, we have adopted these connectors - they are high quality and extremely weatherproof.
GLUE LAMINATED TIMBER
Our timber supplier uses this process for their range of playsafe timber - it minimises the risk of movement and splits - perfect for our needs.
