Our resources and activities are suitable for all ages and abilities from age 7 to business executives, the effective facilitation of the activities brings it alive. The training focuses on facilitation skills, how to pitch the learning and achieve desired outcomes. Think of Challenge Kit and associated activity as a playground for everyone, but with measurable and meaningful outcomes!

Our training has been developed and produced exclusively by learning professionals. Over the past ten years, we have collaborated with subject matter experts from a range of sectors to ensure our courses meet desired outcomes, Our accredited experiential learning course fulfils the following Institute of Outdoor Learning criteria:

Our course is a highly engaging, hands-on programme designed to empower professionals from a range of sectors to master the art of ‘facilitation’.
Facilitation is: “… the act of helping other people to deal with a process or reach an agreement or solution without getting directly involved in the process”. This is a very specific skill that underpins other learning approaches such as teaching, coaching, instructing and mentoring.
The course focuses on experiential learning via a range of command tasks and problem-solving activities. Trainees will therefore experience the emotions, behaviours and outcomes by going through the process.
Peer mentoring and reviews promote shared and collective agreement and lead to improved performance. This can be applied at many levels, for individuals, small teams or large organisations. It can also be used for team development and leadership.
Facilitation Skills for Experiential Learning is delivered over six hrs (usually one day but with capacity to be flexible according to need).

BLENDED LEARNING PROGRAMMES
Gamechanger combines cuttingedge immersive digital experiences, including virtual reality, with traditional drama-based workshops and experiential learning using ‘Gamechanger’ Challenges from ‘Bags of Character’ targeting positive behaviour change.
These experiences have been designed in partnership with educational and social professionals to create transformative learning experiences for young people and training for adult
INTERVENTION PROGRAMME
A 6 week blended learning process that is suitable for young people aged 11+.
Ideal for small groups of targeted learners, identified as potentially at risk. Gamechanger ‘Intervention’ programme complies with the Department for Education’s Statutory Guidance on Keeping Children Safe in Education.
The programme requires and includes; – Gamechanger Challenge Kit – Accredited CPD ‘Facilitation Skills for Experiential Learning’ for delivery staff – Virtual reality (VR) headset solution from a range of options.

Today’s Gamechanger Challenges are a little more difficult, as we want you to see what you’re capable of when you’re pushed out of your ‘comfort zone’ – we believe in you! You’ll be working together to achieve brilliant outcomes which you’ll be able to use in real life when you’re faced with challenging situations in the future.
