ACTIVE OUTDOOR LEARNING

Whether you want to develop specific skills or enjoy an away day, we can tailor a bespoke programme to meet your requirements. Our Team Building Programmes are all about adventure, challenge and active outdoor learning with a focus on fun. With our personalised programmes you can create your own event from the activities available. Ideal for a project group or new team.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Light refreshements are included free of charge with our ‘Grown Up’ programmes, Lunch can also be provided at extra cost. There are also numerous areas to keep dry onsite so no need to worry about the elements. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our programme will meet your needs and welcome any advance visit to discuss your day. There are other areas onsite should you require conference facilities, meeting space or workshops areas. These are provided within the cost.

Our team-building programmes are always delivered by our senior instructors.

CORPORATE OUTREACH

Challenge and problem solving to develop core team values. More emphasis on planning, reviewing and improving performance. There is a deliberate focus on transferrable skills. Ground-based activity to build valuable ‘building block’ team skills such as cooperation, communication, and trust. Tasks always have a focus on active learning and team challenge.

Half-Day Session

£350 plus vat. based on up to 12 attending. Extra spaces charged at £25 per person

Full Day Session Cost

£500 plus vat. based on up to 12 attending. Extra spaces charged at £35 per person

CORPORATE TEAM PROGRAMME

Aerial activities and ground-based action. Choose your focus prior to arrival and we will deliver an engaging programme with an emphasis on the positive development of teams and individuals. You will naturally learn about core team values (sometimes whilst 30′ off the ground).

The Programme can include

Climbing Activities, 3m and 9m High Ropes, Ground Challenges, Obstacle Course, Nets Adventure, Powerfan Descender.
Team Development, Woodland Challenge, Forest Skills and Bushcraft.

£400 plus vat. based on up to 12 attending. Extra spaces charged at £30 per person

Full Day Session Cost

£650 plus vat. Based on up to 12 attending. Extra spaces charged at £50 per person

YOUR PROGRAMME

A more targeted and bespoke programme for groups with specific desired outcomes. These engaging programmes are also ideal when you have smaller numbers. The following activities can be included:

Climbing Activities, 3m and 9m High Ropes courses, Nets Adventure, Powerfan Descender.
Team Development, Woodland Challenge, Forest Skills and Bushcraft.

We work with you to design your programme to best fit your desired outcomes. Programmes can be delivered over 1 session, a full day or a progressive programme over a number of days/sessions. Ideal for group needs where a higher level of facilitation and student ratio is required.
