Mobile Outreach for Schools + Colleges

Save on transport costs to kick start your outdoor adventure offer.

We can deliver a full-day multi-activity programme at your school. The problem-solving activities, which are facilitated with groups of children, are fun, active (and interactive), and children develop the ‘social and emotional competancies‘ required for effective team-working and individual success. We prefer to deliver sessions outdoors; however they can take place indoors in a large space (e.g. school hall) in the event of inclement weather. Although the Outreach L and D does not have the challenge at height of the Ropes Course, it is challenging in a very different way. Our facilitation alongside the activities encourage students to operate outside of their ‘comfort zone’ in order for personal and team development to take place.

The feedback I have had from staff, students, and even parents has been overwhelmingly positive and we are very grateful. Can you please pass this onto the guys that were with us, they are a credit to your organisation and I’m sure we’ll work again soon”  Oldbury Academy

Programme 3 - suited to smaller groups where there is a specific focus or desired outcome

Effective facilitation of the activities by our most senior facilitators makes improved performance so explicit that once learning groups understand how they achieved this they can use their knowledge as a reference point for improved performance in specific areas of their lives. Transference of these skills to different learning environments is highlighted throughout.

Half Day from £15 per person. Sessions last from 90 minutes to 2hrs.  Minimum numbers 10.  Exact price dependant on numbers and nature of course.

These programmes can form part of Challenge Academy’s progressive courses, having a focus on such things as employment skills, effective leadership etc.

“My group has a wide range of physical and learning challenges, and I was impressed by the accommodating yet absolutely professional way in which all of our activities were handled.  Our less physically able learners were delighted to be able to participate in all activities in the same way as their able peers, and as such your facility provided an ideal and inclusive experience. Thanks indeed for an extremely enjoyable and highly valuable experience for all”. Telford College of Arts and Technology
