NETS ADVENTURE

We have combined ‘high ropes’ obstacles with safety nets to create an aerial playground, different to anything else out there. No need to put harnesses on and perfect if you want to build your confidence. You are always safe and the activity is always supervised by one of our instructors who is responsible for everyone’s safety.

OBSTACLES + BOULDERING

Brand new last year – our obstacle course and bouldering wall will test anyone and we love it! Leave it to us to make sure that the challenge is suitable for you when you embark on your journey. The obstacle course is included in the Adventure Pass for ‘Weekend Warriors’ who visit and will always be included in our weekday programmes for organisations.

WOODLAND CHALLENGE

We want to get our customers active and explore the amazing environment surrounding our centre. What better way to do this than introduce a few challenges along the way. We have set out our own orienteering trails where teams, armed with one of our trail maps, move from point to point and undertake different problem solving tasks.

HIGH ROPES ADVENTURE ELEMENTS

There is so much to experience on our high ropes course. You can climb, jump, swing, traverse and slide, all under the direct supervision of our brilliant team. Our rail safety system means that once you are harnessed up and attached to the system then you are safe and unable to unclip yourself.

9m High Ropes

Our highest platform at 9m above ground level provides the ultimate challenge for thrill seekers of any age. Are you brave enough to take on the 10 different challenges designed to test your mental and physical skills? Minimum age 7 years.

3m High Ropes

The ideal course to build up confidence and combat any fear for heights you may have. You’ll be 3m from the ground with 7 challenging elements to overcome under the guidance of our experienced and supportive instructors. Minimum age 5 years.

We have a number of individual climbing challenges onsite, with autobelay devices to keep you safe at all times. See how high you can get on our walls or have a go on our ‘totem poles’ scale heights of over 25 feet.

powerfan descender

Dare to take a ‘leap of faith’ and step off our 30 ft platform to feel the thrill of a free fall descent! A gravity defying adventure and possibly the closest experience you could get that simulates a parachute jump landing. Minimum age 5 years.

70-metre zipwire

Zipwire Soar through the trees and over Baggeridge on our 70m zip line faster than the speed of light. Guaranteed to be an an adrenaline fuelled and exhilarating experience that provides the perfect finale to your adventure at Baggeridge. Minimum age 5 years.

team climb challenges

Can you stand on a platform 2′ by 2′ with 3 of your friends or balance on a seesaw 30 feet in the air with your team? Our team challenges are reserved for schools, corporate and clubs. Challenge and laughter guaranteed.

The instructors are amazing and so encouraging when you have those occasional ‘I can’t do this’ moments! There are lots of them which means their organisation is second to none, safety is paramount and all this for a fantastically great value price! I didn’t know this place existed but I’ll be spreading the word, Thank you Challenge Academy!

Staff were first class, very patient and helpful. Safety is no1 priority but this doesn’t detract from the fun. Totally recommend this for something that the whole family can do together – it’s great for the kids to see Mommy and Daddy more scared than they are! Well done guys!
