Away Days and Team Building for Corporate Clients
Build your own Team Building Day. Something for everyone, no matter what your abilities. Delivered by our high level facilitators – we ensure that the day is fun and that the experience is positive for everyone. If you book an adventure with Challenge Academy then we always recognise that there will be a variety of outcomes and needs; not everyone loves heights so we ensure that there are loads of fun activities on the ground. We can provide hot or cold food for your event and there are always lots of refreshments available close at hand (just to keep you motivated).
Programme 1
Adventure, challenge and active outdoor learning with a focus on fun
Aerial activities, climbing and ground-based action. Choose your focus prior to arrival and we will deliver an engaging programme with an emphasis on the positive development of teams and individuals. You will naturally learn about core team values (sometimes whilst 30′ off the ground)
High Ropes
Always clipped on and always safe. Team climbing activities, climbing walls, explorer course, fan descender. Brilliant to build confidence.
Team Challenges
Ground based activity to build valuable ‘building block’ team skills such as cooperation, communication and trust.
Forest Skills
Focus on learning and practicing some essential bushcraft and survival skills such as shelter building, fire and pioneering
Challenge Trails
We teach the basics of map reading and then set groups on different routes and team challenges around the park.
Half Day

- Afternoon Session 1230-1430

Programme 2
Facilitated sessions aimed at groups with a specific desired outcome
Bespoke programme with all activities on offer with refreshments included. Personalised programmes with a specific focus such as changing behaviour, improving performance etc. Ideal for a project group or new team. Go-Pro footage and photography available on request.
